» Meticulously monitoring progress by submitting reports detailing the status and
   progress of all activities and identifying bottle necks and constraints if any.

» Coordinating with the company on technical and financial matters and with
   sub-contractors and vendors as may be required. Overseeing project
   co-ordination between various engineering disciplines.

» Lending our expertise in the analysis of non-tendered items of work and in
   matters of cost controlling, forecasting cash flow. Preparing monthly
   cost controlstatements.

» Posting a team of engineers to follow up and look after day to day matters and
   construction work. Checking and certifying contractor's bills.

» Carrying out periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction work and
   providing project monitoring and control systems.
